  1. Don't give up. Try to bring yourself and your family closer by calling and talking to them about what is going on. Don't be afraid to walk alone. Sometimes alone time is great for thinking and planning what to do with your life. Find a Lap Band support group locally and see if they get together for talks and outings.

    I know you can find the strength and many friends to help you through this time.:thumbup:


  2. :scared:I know it's difficult to stick to the right foods(fruits,vegetables,fish and excteras)but remember how exspensive this surgery was and why you had it done to improve your health. Get out and exercise when you feel like you want to eat.

    Keep busy and distracted. It really does help.:thumbup:


  3. Yeah...Me too. My doctor told me it was normal due to being a female with out of control hormones.

    I did happen to loose 4 extra lbs the week after Xmas. Had my surgery on Sept. 15, 2007 and have lost a total of 65 lbs. Near my target weight of 127. I love hearing everyones personal stories...I now know I am not alone.
