Hello Rhonda53,
I was just checking in on you to see how everything is going ??? I haven't been on in a while and I'm checking with my friends on their progress. I have done well and I think I reached my sweet spot at 5cc's in a 10 cc band. To date I have lost a total of 45 pounds,and feeling GREAT!!!
