Well I'm downt 136# 5-19-09. Finally seeing the numbers drop. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US!!! try not to gain on this holiday weekend :wink2:.

I use a nurse in her home and have had no problems. She uses all clean, new, sterilized stuff. She only charges $100 and I am comfortable with her. Although the trips to Mexico with new friends does sound like a lot of FUN!! Randy where are you located?

Hey Chef girl I live in Gila Bend. not too far from you. I went swimming yesterday :smile: for the 1st time this year! it was nice and cold. I like to do my exercises in the pool. I'm like a fish in the summer time. Keep up the good work. Debi

Well I thought i would miss soda but I dont. when I do i keep a can around that i let sit out till it goes flat then i drink it!! yuck i know but it takes care of the craving:smile:. I find that i can eat popcorn with not a problem THANK GOD I dont know if I could survive without popcorn!! I'm down to 150 now finally. I think I will set a goal for May to be at 145.

I had mine in Cancun mexico and was well pleased with everything. It only cost $500 more to gp to Cancun. I chose there because my family was afraid of all thats going on in Mexico. My surg. was 12-12-2008.

Good luck with your surgery. I live in Gila Bend but go to Avondale all the time. I own a home and 2 of my kids live there. I would love to get together with other west valley poeple. I dont get much support at home and could use all the encouragement I can get! My hubby is tall and skinny and I'm short and plump! soon to be skinny:tongue_smilie:. I work till 1:30 and it takes about an hour to get to avondale. I have fridays off and could do Breakfast or lunch that day.

I was not very big either and for health reasons had the surg. (in MEXICO). yes I paid for it myself. I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN. I believe in preventive medicine. I can give you a referral if you want. I went to Cancun for mine. It was a wonderful experience and the area was gorgous. Dont listen to the others that cut any of you-us. They dont understand that it affects everyone differently and i noticed that alot of us arent very tall. If I was 5'3" at 153# it might not look as bad as it does at 4'11". Ok so I guess I need to buy a weight bench or something. I've been using my gazelle but it doesnt seem to be doing it. I live in a town that is too small (no signals yet)!! we dont have much in town and its to far to go into town. I cant walk much because of health issues. I just put my pool up so I will start to swim soon. That should help. I had some of my fill removed and that helped. I can eat again but havnt lost any weight since......

Hi everyone! Well, I had my 2nd fill two weeks ago and have lost 4 lbs. I'm up to 3.5cc. I asked her to fill me up and she did!:cursing: I drink 2 protien drinks a day and some string cheese. occassionally I can get down yogurt and a snack bar or fruit. I try to eat more but it doesnt go down very good:frown:. Is it possible to not eat enough? or should I be satisfied with where Im at? I have lost only 10 lbs since the 12-12-2008 surgery date. any input?

It was 75 and sunny here, but the Water is too cold without a heater. Swimming is best they say. I weighed myself and now that I got 3.5cc in me (wednesday) I lost 1.5lbs so now at 159.0!!:sneaky:

Well I got my second fill yesterday and definately feel it. I still have not lost any more weight:confused:. I have only lost 6.5lb since 12-12-2008. I guess I am getting alittle discouraged. I know it takes time. I am limited by time and physical issues as far as exersicing. I try to eat right too. right now I am on protien shakes again, the fill really worked so far! Just wanted to check in again. Thanks for all the info and encouragement from this site.:tt2:

Current weight is 162. My first fill is 1-28-2009. My goal weight is 100 lb. I'm 45 years young. I am 4ft 11". I've always said I'm not over weight just under tall!! Thats only a half truth.
