I HAVE BEEN BANDED FOR A TOTAL OF 9MONTHS AND I CAN REALLY SEE THE RESULTS AND I'M LOVING EVERY MOMENT OF IT, SO FAR I HAD LOST 80LBS FROM A SIZE 22/24 TO A SIZE 12 AND I TELL YOU WHAT A GREAT FEELING. I'M NO LONGER GETTING OUR OF BREATH WHEN I WALK LESS THEN A BLOCK AND I'M NO LONGER ON MY MEDICATION, NOW THATS A MIRACLE. I CAN NOW EVEV BUY SOMETHING WITHOUT TRYING IT ON. I GO TO THE GYM FOUR TIMES A WEEK AND THATS EVEN A GREAT FEELING. I'M SO GLAD I DECIDED TO GO WITH THE LAPBAND WHICH IS MY BEST FRIEND. I WANT TO SAY TO ALL THE BANDSTERS GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS AND JUST TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME.

I JUST GOT 50LBS TO GO BEFORE I REACH MY GOAL.

I was banded in October 2008 and I'm going to keep it real it has not been an easy journey but now I'm at the point where I have been waiting to be. I find myself getting full after a couple of teaspoons and I see the weight is really coming off now. I want to wish all the lap banders good luck on their weight loss journey, just keep in mind that you are going to have some good days and bad days with your weight loss but just keep the faith and you will loss the weight that you want.

It's been a while since I posted a blog I just want to let everyone know I have been doing well with my weight loss. I don't want to seem over excited but I can't help it. I have been fighting with my weight battle for years and for the first time in 10 years I really feel good about myself I can hold my head up high. I want to wish everyone good luck on their weight loss journey just take it one day at a time.
