  1. Under 1200 Calories a Day and working out? Do you have enough energy to make it through the day and/or workouts?

  2. I hit you up on facebook. I understand about not openly talking about it outside of here... I don't want people to know other that this community. I haven't gotten the surgery done yet, still in the works on insurance and such, but I'd like to pick at your head to get advice on how you got your success if you don't mind.

  3. Wow, you look great! Do you have any pics of before you got banded for comparison? And is there something wrong on my end? Every pic is like 1 inch tall

I talked to the dietitian yesterday said 30 min post meal. But yea, 2 hours is too long. You can also do ice chips or small sips if your "dying".

  6. Excellent. Thank you so much for all the information. I did not realize that there were sessions available in the area. That link you provided me gave me many more options than I previously had. Thanks!

  7. I too have blue cross of california... please let me know how it works out for you. it's my ultimate deciding factor if insurance will cover.

    Sex Life

This thread is cracking me up. But one thing I can vouch for to all the guys is that as you lose lbs, you gain inches, and the same the other direction. I used to be ~150 lbs lighter that I am today, and I still remember how it "used to be". I'm getting banded soon... so hopefully I'll drop 150 (or more) and relive the glory days and some.
  11. Awesome. Thanks for the feedback. I've seen a variety of people on here post pics of their incisions, and some drs use stitches, some staples, and some skin adhesive (glue). What did Dr. Feiz use for u?
  12. please post ur results from Dr Feiz, because that's who i've been looking at getting mine done with.
  13. Wow... you look amazing! Great job!
