hello take care of the food you eat.. eat healthy and low calories items.and stay away from unhealthy high calories food ... really dangerours .. and change your brain before you changed u stomach ... think about it in a positive way .. and love your band and you body ... wish you all the best.. dont be upset and find something that is enjoyble for you and do it ... i got these feelings sometimes .. but i tried my best to fight and forget about the food ... :w00t:

hi , do we have to drink protein shake in all the stages am in the smached food stage ?? and i did not drink it !! so do i have to drink protien shakes?

try to eat papaya fruit its really works because it full of fibers :cursing:

Mine don't heal yet and still the wound open in the edge i went to the surgeon yesterday and he remove the sutures and put a plaster :confused: ...and he said remove it after 4 days !!

try to keep them dry and dont let water to tuach your wound .... wish they are getting better now :Yawn:
