Hey there...just hanging in there...my insurance says I have to have a years worth of office visits, so I have to see my doc every 3 months till next January.

Just saw him yesterday...he's going to have me do some blood tests (lipids, tsh, glucose, ect) and he was actually supportive of the lap band.

I'm in a little slump right now...I need to get inspired to work out and get some weight off so I can enjoy the summer.
