hELLO ALL i GOT THE BAND ON 12/23/08 LIKE 6 DAYS AGO...AND i LOST 11LBS...Its bacuses you can't eat... The last 3 days i bin drinking broth like a 1/2 of cup and chewing on Vitmunins .... I hope this was not the wrong thing to do! I started out at 265 im down to 237 thats 37 bls in one moth..
