I seem to relate to you the most...I can eat about all the junk food I want but give me some dense protein and I'm struggling to get 3 bites down. I know I am eating to big of bites and to fast but it is such a bad habit to break, I figure that is why I haven't lost as much as some but I am grateful for what I have lost. I just join the gym and maybe I can be back on track, don't think I need a fill but I think I am about 8.5 in my 9cc band.

I am banded and have been since May 4th 2009. I have the 9cc realize band and have had 2 fills I have lost 33 lbs. I need to lose another 40-45 lbs. I'm loving the fact that the scales keep going down. I hope I have as much success as you. Thanks for replying.

Lynn you look amazing and much younger!! How long have you had your band? How much have you lost!!
