hey devo, that's great you lost that much weight! Did you start losing before surgery? Yea, i'm pretty nervous abt the pain, but it seems like everyone that i've spoken to only had a couple of days of it. So thats good. My surgery is on Monday. So nervous =/

rly? my insurance didnt require a seminar or a psych evaluation, but i did have to get a sonogram of my heart and inside my stomach. nd stuff. But yea i'm not looking foreward to the liquid portion of it either =/

hey! thanks for the message =) Omg, im anxious, nervous, and excited! lol I am overcome with so many different emotions about this. But mostly i'm excited for a positive change. My Dr. did not put me on a liquid diet before surgery but i will be afterwards. Have u done the pre-op testing yet?

Hey Jessica! thanks for the message. I too have been overweight all my life and am tired of it. I am about 5"4, i think lol, and 277lbs. Exercise is so important and of course we gotta keep that booty lol. The fact that you are finding interesting ways to get in some exercise is really cool and it makes the exercising easier cuz girl i hate to exercise lol. I know i have to, but i never find the motivation. But we can motivate eachother through this process because we're trying to reach the same goal. Keep in touch and the pic u have up in the blue dress is gorgeous! =)
