Thanks for your message, sorry to hear you have been a bit down. I am doing really well, still quite sore in the tummy but getting better day by day - my biggest hurdle is that I have strained a muscle in my back, makes it hard to get comfortable in bed at night.
I am sort of doing my own thing with diet - they have said liquid, so liquid it is. I am having protein shakes (2 or 3 per day) plus about 1/4 cup of smooth yoghurt, a V8 juice box and about 3/4 cup of runny/smooth soup - I am also having a soluable multivitamin and I've had the occasional cup of tea.
Are you starting to feel any better?
