Hi there Vanessa, thanks for writting, I am sorry for the delay in my reply, but I never realised that I had a message waiting for me. First let me say congratulations on being banded, it is a big step full of emotional roller coastering.. Some days you may love the bad, and others, you will wish you never got it.. However, I will openly admit, that although I have a long way to go and a lot more weight to lose, I could never have lost what I have already without the help of the band.. I am thinking that by now, you may possibly have finished your mushy phase..
