i've been stuck b4...i just stay off the scale...when i feel it in my clothes ...i will weight myself...it took me 4ever to go from 171 to 169...i thought my body was done at 171...that i had my plateau...all of a sudden i dropped from 169 to 165...but i let it happen...relax...i swear its going to happen...
