Hey girl....thanks for asking, it's going ok. I was just banded on Monday and am recuperating at home. So far so good. How are you doing?

Hey girl, thanks so much for your message. I totally agree, I have these up and down days, too. I've been eating really well, and all of a sudden I had the biggest cravings today, I just couldn't get full for some reason. Of course, I don't have the band yet, but I've been really trying to get used to eating less food. Today, I ate healthily, but probably had one serving too many. Still, I won't be beating up on myself, because I've made so much progress already. How are you feeling? I hope all is well with you! When's your birthday in October? We'll have to celebrate being banded and having a new lease on life together.

I used this site Weight Loss Simulator - Prevention.com.. You have to sign up for an account, but after that, it's pretty easy.
How are you, have you been banded yet? I haven't checked out your site yet.
