I had the same problem 4 month of no weight loss... i was so up set with my self that i call my dr and said i need to come in. LOW AND BEHOLD i had air in my band. so we thought i had it at 8.4 when actually it was at 6.3 so i had no restriction, we took all out and started back at 8.4 now i feel tight you can tell the difference. You might be as restricted as they think.

Your not alone, I'm at 6 months and have lost 41 some times I feel like i should be further along. But try to remember we didnt gain it over night and will not lose it over night, and also people lose weight differently some slower that others. Seek some help and keep on loosing at your pace. Good luck

For me I'm half way to my goal have lossed 40 at 6months banded. I feel great. There are times I feel like I should be further on, but then i realize that old saying i didnt put it on in a day and wont take it off in a day. I think people lose at different paceses so I keep telling my self that for me I'm doing great.. I dont feel that I'm treated any different, but i know its out there, so keep on loving your self and move.

I'm going throught the exact same thing, I'm 3 months in and have only lost 38 lbs and nothing in the last month. But I HAVE LOST 38lbs I know what your feeling, but we did not put the weight on over night and it will not come off over night. My hardest part is being patient, just try to get into a regular excerise pattern and try to stick to it, use it as a YOU TIME. Dont be up set if it doesnt come off right away, muscle weights more that fat. Hang in there, and remember you have many friends out here who are going through the same things, and we all can do it.
I finally broke my plateau!
