We just got it for our kids for Christmas, and we haven't watched any tv since lol. We love it, it's so much fun, and I really like the wii fit because it tracks your weight, BMI, it gives you tips. And I hear ya, I can't wait for my mii to look a little thinner :confused:

Agree 100%. My closest friend is a size 4 and 10 years older than me, and she has not been supportive at all, which was very shocking to me. I just always thought we were such good friends, you know :confused:. Every time people say things like "oh, you're gonna look so good" or "you already look good, I can't imagine how pretty you'll be when you lose weight" ... I notice her face just changes, so I don't feel so good being around her anymore. I know I've been avoiding her a bit, but I'm just so disappointed. I don't wanna be a "bad" friend myself, but I just can't help it...

I was banded on 12/11 and burp a lot...and I've read on this site that it's pretty common too...hope it helps :laugh:

I had the same problem, I ended up having a BM 4 days post-op, but it was a horror, extremely painful. I advise you to take something for it, Milk of magnesia o dulcolax (the pill is tiny)...hope you "go" soon :laugh:

Hi Matty, I'm sorry I hadn't seen your post until now. The surhery itself went ok, but I'm having a real hard time drinking all I'm supposed to I feel so full and bloated all the time :smile2:... But I have felt a little better everyday. Now, how about you? How did you make out? I hope you're doing better post-op than me, but even if not, everybody says it gets better real fast! Well, I thought my question fit this thread...I am 5 days post-op and the pain is totally bearable, but I seem to be able to take in less and less everyday, I just can't get myself to take in anything but water is that normal? I've been doing a lot of walking and my gas pains are pretty much gone by now....How long after surgery will I be actually feel ok to drink what they ask me to? I can't even imagine myself eating... thanks for your input

I'm scheduled for surgery today at 11:40am et. I'll be leaving the house in about a half hour YAY!!! Sooooo excited. Please say a prayer for me if you remember. I'll write when I get back!!!

I'm being banded on 12/11, started my pre-op liquid diet on 12/1. Soooo excited!!!
