thank you for that. I am having difficulty finding my way around the site but it is helpful and as I am am scared witless any thing is a help.

i am a 61 year old new zealander and i am sheduled for my banding on 18 december. I must admit I feel anxious but reading this link has been such a help it seems to cover the immediate problems post surgery etc and I feel a little more confortable with the whole thing my BMI is 31 which isnot accessive but I have serious blood pressure issues and i am gradually puting on 14lbs a year so i feel this is a practive measure.
