Hi there --- Your post about having been banded on November 9th came through my email but I cannot find it on here! I was banded November 3rd and have moved onto two ounces of protein per meal. My friend, with whom I had the surgery on the same day at the same hospital, and I are getting our first fill tomorrow. I believe we go back to soft foods for a while after that...I have to check the schedule they gave us. How are you doing?

I have BC/BS Illinois but don't know if I will be of much help, just having started the process. I'm assuming you've started the required six month program.

What questions did you have? I'm still working my way through things here.
