  1. Can i have this recipe or a link to his blog? never heard of it before. b - 4 oz. cottage cheese l - tuna salad with crackers d - steak, potatoes, mushrooms... still hungry.
  2. yes, so i cant use grape tomatoes (although i used to before the surgery and they were delicious). i have to use large slices of like beefsteak tomatoes and eat the middle out of them. i use a ball of fresh mozzarella which is plenty for my family and about the same size. i just layer them on a round plate. it is tasty and beautiful. b - few bites of yogurt l - 4 chicken nuggets d - 2 crunchy tacos (daughter ate a lot of them so maybe 1/2 to 3/4 really.)

    about the same. need a fill i think but i am definitely waiting until my appt. can eat anything now and am still hungry after eating. that is probably contributing to my discouragement. no more too tight for me, i hope. :bored: how is everyone else doing?
  4. usually fresh mozzarella with thick slices of tomato and leaves of basil. it often has some balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil on it and it is amazing. b - 1-2 oz of cottage cheese l - left over chicken enchilada (1/2 cup) d - scallops and flounder. yum.

  9. b - spicy chicken filet l - pretzel dog d - baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes (veg at party was asparagus and i didnt think it would go down) too many celebrations today for my diet to have been perfect but happy father's day to all.

    i hope that is true, slim. i can now eat anything it seems but it is much better than not being able to eat much of anything. i have the same appt in july that i guess i will get another fill at. i am swinging all around my sweet spot i feel. i trust this process and know that i will get there hopefully sooner rather than later. hope everyone is doing well.

    went great. brooke did it under flouro. i felt so much better after my unfill. stayed on liquid most of day but then ate a little dinner. i hope everything is ok, slim.
  15. b - cottage cheese with cherries (lost this all of a sudden all over myself), yuck l - thin crispy bread with some cheese maybe an ounce (wasnt hungry after vomitting) d - spicy mustard tilapia, mashed potatoes, peas hopefully i can give the fish a break shortly.

    has anyone had an unfill before? did you stay on an adjustment diet (liquid only for the first day) after? i did last time because i was in such a bad way. i was on full liquids for several days after my unfill last time.

    i havent had any period problems but i am on the pill where you only get a period every 3 months. i love it. not sure i would be able to rock climb at my weight. i dont know if there are classes around here. i just want to one day. let me know if you hear of one and ill do the same. going for a small unfill tomorrow. hopefully it will help. dont like this stalled weight loss and fish is getting a little old.

  20. How did your fill go? b - 2 oz yogurt l - 2 oz salmon, couple bites of canned spinach, and a couple bites of mashed potatoes. d - seared tilapia with fried green tomato. yum. no snack today.

    i know i am still too big but i want to go rockclimbing one day and maybe play raquetball although im not sure exactly what the concept of that game is... just thought i would throw that out there. wanting to do something for exercise that isnt sooooo much like exercise.

    so i was talking to brooke at support group and she said maybe i was still a little too tight so i think i am going to go back in for another small unfill. right now i can only eat soft things including fish and mushy veg like canned spinach, cooked carrots... that sort of thing. but fish is my main source of protein now. so we will see what happens in the next few days. she said this may also be the reason my weight loss has stalled.
  23. b - mini bagel with cream cheese, hot cider l - 2 slices of pizza d - 2-3 oz of broiled salmon, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup spinach going to do better. hard when dh is home and we want to eat bagels and pizza together. back on track tomorrow.:bored:

    yes - i am a late poster. slim - i will be thinking of you during your fill which i am sure go fine. best of luck with it. i am feeling back to normal. just feel like i am stuck in a plateau.:bored:
