Yes I went through True Results (Dr. Hart). I too am starving. I am embarrassed to say that I haven't been doing to well on the post op diet. I successfully did the liquids for week 1. I then started cream of wheat, soups, etc. I was sooo hungry that I couldn't sleep. As far as protein shakes, I use the Designer Whey Vanilla and EAS Chocolate. They're both pretty tasty. I haven't worked out either except for a couple of winded moments on my Wii Fit. Stay in Touch and thanks for reaching out!
