Hello everyone! I just received my approval for Lap-Band. I'm now starting with the needed tests, etc., in order to get a surgery date.
My question is this: I know that we need to spread out our meals over one half to one hour. Are there any suggestions as to how to keep your food warm while taking your time to eat? It may seem like an odd question, but oen that's been on my mind.
