  1. Good for you! baby steps is all it takes! :-). Lately I have been drinking protein shakes for breakfast only because I can't eat in the morning. I really didnt worry about the protein shakes because I hated the taste of all of them (I tried to get it in the natural way with chicken, eggs, etc) but now since I am having problems with hair loss I am trying to get at least one in a day. AND since my band is so tight I can barely eat any type of meat. I recently tried the special k protein drinks and they taste pretty good. I know they are not the best because of all the sugar but its a start. I also try to eat a boiled egg at some point during the day if I can.
