It's been a long hard journey for me with my band.And I"ve finally realized the band is not for me!!

hey u!! Just checking in...from reading your blog we are totally in the SAME spot!! I'm soooooooooooo frustrated to and even wishing sometimes I had done bypass too! I'm also at my wits end and dont know what to do.Hit me up if you want to talk!! Take care!! Teal

Hang in there and you'll get there!! It is soo hard to find balance when you have addiction.I feel like were are addicts thats why we were over weight.Food was our "drug" of choice!! and when you take that away things can get crazy!! Plus I can only imagine the "new " kind of attention you were getting and how you could lose focus and become obscessed with getting thinner & thinner...I'm on the opposite end I only lost like 60 lbs and then became lazy and went back to my old bad habits.Plus I just lost my 35 yr old brother to cancer and that has put me in a complete tail spin I dont even care anymore about anything!! So hang in there cause that's all we can do.I will say a prayer for you that you will find the help you need to get to a safe,healthy happy place!!

Hey u!! I'm right there with you.I had to have a hysterectomy and have been totally out of it since and gained like 10 lbs!! Eeek!! It happens though!! We can get motivated again dont be down on yourself!! We still have our tool we just have to put it to use again!! Hang in there!!

Thanks for the encouragement!! I guess sometimes I just want the weight to just fall off!! Wouldn't that be nice,huh?? I just have to re-focus & get moving!!

No you totally can tell u've lost!! I'm jealous!! lol..jk!! I'm 18 months out and have lost about 60 lbs total and am just stuck!! I really dont exercise soo I'm thinking it's def. time to get started!! thanks for the tip...And I hear you on the sweets,I'm the SAME way,it's hard because they just slide on thru huh?? Thanks for the advice!! Maybe I should try the not eating after 7?? I feel like I dont eat to much but I'm constantly picking...so I'm sure it add's up by the end of the day!! 175 will be awesome!! Keep it up!! How many cc's are you at??

Ok so what are your tips for getting into the 180"s?? I've been stuck in the 190's for awhile?? You look great btw!!

Hey you! I'm doing ok,thanks for asking!! My brother is doing a little better,he's been needing blood transfusion's,so that has been hard on him.Truthfully I got depressed when I found out about my brother and kinda got a little out of control with the food! So after gaining some weight I'm now trying to pull it back in again & get back on track!! Hope your doing well,as always good to hear from you!! Take care!

Hey I noticed in one of your post's you said you finally have restriction after 2 years...I'm 15 months out and basically lost almost 60 in the first 6 or 7 months and now I'm just stuck...I was wondering what had happened with you?? If you dont mind sharing...It's just frustrating alot of people on here are just losing tons of weight and when your stuck it's crazy?? Thanks,Teal

Im good...how bout u?? Been under alot of stress lately so I havent been really trying as hard as I should but u know...We just found out my younger brother has cancer and he is not doing well at all.So that has been really crazy & hard for him & my family.So just say a prayer for him if you can..I hope things are good on your end!!
