Well, you will do it, trust me!!! I look at my old pics PRE-50 pound loss and I'm like WOW.....What a change...After 40 pounds is when I started to really notice the weight loss. I still have like 36 to go and as of now STUCK STUCK STUCK, but I know I'll get there someday! Keep it up, you'll be great!

Hi....I started at 226 and now I am weighing 189. Total loss = 37 pounds. Thank you so much. I still have a ways to go, 49 pounds to be exact. But I know it will eventually happened. I feel great and that's the important part!!!!!
