That is great!! Remember the slower the better. Before Christmas my band was causing some problems or should I say I was eating to fast. So I went in right before christmas and had an infill of about 1cc well towards the end of January I was always feeling hungery and I was sure I had put ok weight and when I stepped on the scale I did not gain anything I had maintained my weight. Needless to say my doctor was proud. So I am one to always be proud as long as I am not gaining anything. We hopefully you can get overyour hurdle and keep up the good work. Are u exeriseing??y trainer always make a big change in your work out and that helps get you off a plateau. Good luck !! Keep me posted on how u are doing . Talk to you soon!!

I was banded the same month (Apirl 29, 2008) as your mom and i am 28 yrs old and was 221 lbs and a size 18/20 when i was banded. 9 months later i am a 165 lbs and am wearing a size 10.
