  1. Sounds like you are on the right track. One bit of advice to you. Dont weigh yourself everyday. Dont keep track of it. As time goes on you will hit plateau's where you will not lose weight, then all of a sudden weight just falls off. During the plateau's you will be very depressed. My goals is really simple. Weigh myself once a month and just keep doing what I should be doing. Good luck
