Thanks so much! I'm glad you like the videos, there were so many that were helpful to me when I was pre-op that I decided to start doing it too. Plus, it serves as a great journaling tool so I can track my progress as well! I have Kaiser Norcal and they don't require the 6 month course. You might want to do a search for "kaiser southern california" or "kaiser classes" and see if anyone from your area can chime in. Sorry I couldn't be more help to you!
