  1. Here you are: http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screenshot-in-Microsoft-Windows
  2. I will need to know what Operating System and what Browser you are using to tell you how to take a screenshot.
  3. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what exactly you do see? Logged in as you, I see all of the buttons mentioned. Also - what browser are you using?
  4. When you get to that page simply do the following: 1) Click "New Album" 2) Enter the Album Name, Description and select the Parent Album (Members Gallery or Before/After) 3) Save 4) Click "Choose Files" 5) Choose the photos to upload 6) Click "Review and Plubish" 7) Review 8) Click "Finalize and Publish" That should do it. I just created a test album under your account and had no problems...please follow the steps above and let me know if it works.
  5. Hello, I believe this is fixed. You may not notice it immediately. Once you start a new topic, or reply to a topic - (after this message) you should begin noticing that it's working. Please do confirm either way :-) Thanks, Ken

  7. Hello, I have verified this issue. I'm currently working on a fix. I'll update this thread as soon as I've gotten it resolved. In the mean time, your photo *IS* updating, however it's being cached for 24 hours - therefore it may not show properly until that time period has lapsed. Thanks, Ken
  8. Hello, Are the pictures you're currently seeing (to the left of your posts) your old one still? Thanks, Ken
  9. Hi there Paul! Thanks very much for pointing this out. We have resolved the issue and all should be working properly now :-) Thanks again, Ken
  10. Hello, Can you please let me know what happens when you click the button? I can not find any issues with it at the moment. The AJAX/Scripting is no longer a requirement and shouldn't be causing issues. Thanks, Ken
  11. Hello, I have enabled the new Patient Panel. You can access the Panel by clicking on your User Menu in the header and selecting "My LAP-BAND Patient Profile". From there, you should be able to make all of the changes needed. If you encounter any issues or problems, please let us know! Thanks, Ken
  12. Hello, We are still working on a new version of the Patient Editor. I believe that we should have this ready by tomorrow or Monday at the latest. As soon as it's ready, we'll update this Topic and would appreciate feedback so that we can continue to improve our system :-) Thanks for your patience :-)
  13. Hi there, We're currently working on a resolution for the issues that have been mentioned with regards to editing your Lap-Band Patient Profile. If you're able, I'd suggest trying out Firefox or Chrome for the time being. We hope to have the new Patient Control Panel online in the next couple of weeks and will be sure to update you as soon as it's ready. Thanks for your patience :-) -Ken

  19. Hey All, As you may have noticed, we've launched a Lap-Band Surgeon and Patient Search application for LapBandTalk! The application is currently in Beta - so there may be minor issues or bugs. If you find any, or if you simply have a suggestion that you'd like to see make it into the system, please let us know right here! Thanks, and we are looking forward to your feedback! - Ken S.
  20. Hi, What Browser (Make and Version) are you running? What operating system are you using? What version of Flash Player is currently installed? There are several users currently in chat, so this seems as though it is isolated. P.S. What button next to "Done" are you referring to (sorry, I don't understand). Thanks, Ken
  21. Hello There, Please make sure that you have Adobe Flash Player installed and updated. You can do so by checking here: Get Adobe Flash Player
  22. Just as an FYI - this thread has been restored (obviously since you're reading it ) - the Topic was deleted in error by an administrator.
