  2. Hi Savannahsmommie, thank you for the compliment. I work out now...3 - 5 days per week but during the early months of my lapbanding.... 1 week out from the surgery, I worked out 6 - 7 days per week up until the 2nd and half year, so for 2.5 years I worked out 6 days per week. I'd consume about 58 - 60 grams of protein a day.

  4. Hey there. Thanks for the compliment. Abdominal slimming or if you want your abs to be lean, it is not the 400 crunches that will cut it for you. Abs is 90% diet, it's the fat intake. 10% workout, core workout and resistance training.

  5. My surgery was 4/11/06....240lbs.... fast forward 3 years and I'm 121 lbs and wear size 2Petite pants. Had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation and replaced port... Life is damn good.

    No more hubby...found a new one...so remarrying momentarily, lol. Post op life is insane. Life is really really good.
