hello was just wondering how your weight lost was going? i was banded aug 08 and im only down 35 pounds not sure wy i cant seem to lose anymore any advise would help....also i was looking at ur pics and the one of ur wedding is your sister Tiffany????ttyl shannon

AS if i would take that the WRONG way......your my girls hubby and im your boys wife we just have one thing in common right now that has invaded or BODIES.....lol so we have NOONE else to turn too....lol I like i tell you anything and everything and you dont pass judgement....cause you know how HARD it is.............love ya shannon

Hey Bloo i was reading your post for your food intake... i see you are not eating alot of meat. can you let me know if thats what your doctor said or if thats just how you decided to do it..im eating meat 3 times a day like my dr. said to but in 7 months only lost 25 pounds.... i think im eating to much meat and thats why im not losing but im not sure...can you please help being you have been sooo succesful..thanks shannon

Can you help......had surgery on the 20th of august and only lost 25 pounds....,i was 260 at start.......have no clue whats going on......i have 8.5cc in my 11cc band. maybe you can give me some tips....thanks shannon
