Hi i'm almost 5 months out and have only lost 25 pounds the weight goes nowhere...... was wondering if anybody has done adipex while haveing the band? thinking of trying it not only for weight loss but for engery also..oh yea im also 8.5cc in my 11cc band dont know if this was really for me......please help shannon:rolleyes:

yes i walk everyday and i do the wii fit ....i can only eat 1/2 to 1 cup of food and i dont drink with my food so im not sure.....

Can you help......had surgery on the 20th of august and only lost 25 pounds....,i was 260 at start.......have no clue whats going on......i have 8.5cc in my 11cc band. maybe you can give me some tips....thanks shannon

Hi i have a couple of questions...can you give any tips for the max weight loss? i had mine done aug 20th 2008 and i have only lost 20 lbs.... im not sure if im doing something wrong..i go tom for my 2nd fill. thanks shannon

Yes i just expierenced that...I called my dr and he said that i could have 1. Eaten too fast and the food went down tooo big or 2. i didn't chew good enough. he said to slow down and chew chew chew and try to stay away from the WRONG food... since then i have been fine...so maybe that was my problem.hope this helps.... -
