Hi Diva i was banded in Aug. 2008 and as of today only lost 24 pounds....called the dr. to see how many cc's were in my band and the nurse said 9.5ccs are you kidding me and i have only lost 24 pounds...so can you give me some insight on what you been eating and workouts...please help...thanks shannon
