how did your first consult go? sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I'm 5'9 so I'm very close to you height wise.

School is tricky. I would just eat a lot of trail mix. hahaha It doesn't need to be cold and for the most part it doesn't melt and it has an ok amount of protein. It also has a lot of sugar but oh well it was the best I could think of. hahaha I'm lucky that my school has a nice cafeteria with some really healthy options.

I'm about 6lbs from goal! I can't believe it still. I don't want to loose any more after I hit goal I just want to really work on building more muscle. I'm 100% happy with where I'm at now. -

I had horrible caffine headaches because I used to drink a ton of coffee and tea. If you used to drink a lot of caffine this may be causing the headaches. For me they went away in about 4 days. They were horrible!

I'm 22 and I've lost 148lbs. It all depends on genetics and where you store your weight. As for my boobs I've gone from a 42DD to a 36C so my boobs aren't very perky. I got lucky with my stomach and don't have much loose skin there but my arms and my thighs are TERRIBLE! but I did keep most of my weight in my thighs. -
So... got some work to do.
