I have lost 16 lbs from the 10 days prior to surgery and I go 11-24 to the dr again I hope I have lost more. I hope it will get better once I get a fill

I have been eating whatever I want, I am truly affraid that I may be harming myself. I am going to make myself stop this immedietly, I am not able to eat anything other than my soft foods and protein drinks. That is all I know that I can do. I dont know what else to do at this point. Do you know if what I have done will cause me damage?
