I can relate to you completly! I too do all those "girly things" just to make me feel good. I am over weight and will be attending a smeinar Feb. 16th. I am hoping that I will gain some courage to finally take control of my life as well.
I love the idea if sitting in front of the mirror as you eat. How unique, and I bet it would help grately! What a great idea!

What a wonderful story! I too used the baby story. Mine are much older but I know where your coming from. I am not banded yet, but will be attending a seminar Feb 16th, hoping to be given the tools I need to get on with my new life also.
