Hi Shelley, I havent been on in awhile..Hope you are doing great..I am kinda bummed out, I am at a stand still with my weight and well if i get a fill even a lil I wont be able to eat..I had to have some of my fill taken out since I wasnt able to keep anything down except for soups. So now I am eating pretty good, small portions yet still at not losing any weight at the point..Idk..It gets fustrating but I know I have lost some weight, but I would like to lose at least another 30 pounds..I have been at this stand still for 2 months now..I wanted to knonw if you are still going thru the samething..and let me know how you are doing..Hope to hear from you soon and you look soooo great...

Hi Moma, Hope your doing well..I have had my band now since Feb 26th of this year..I have lost 51 pounds so far..Doctor Dr. Gorjala did my surgery..Here is his website so you can check him out and see how the lapband works and all..I know you will be happy with lapband..Its the best thing i ever did.. here is the website

Hey Darling how are you doing? I'm doing well..I havent got my 4th fill yet, suppose to be the end of august. I passed on it in july..I had alot of restriction so i said no way..LOL..But I am at a stand still like shelley, I lose a lil then it stays there..I dont know, I watch what I eat and all..I even ride my bike,walk and dance a lil hehe..But maybe the 4th fill will help increase the weight loss more..I want to get down to 128..that is the ideal weight for my height.But I will keep ya posted..Your lookin great sweetie..Let me know how its going

Hi Skegee, Thank you so much for the compliment I had the lapband surgery feb09 this year..I can say I am so glad I did..I havent had any problems with it so far..Only thing is when it that time of the month, my band seems to be tighter..I figure since most women are bloated of course the band is gonna feel tighter.. So I usually go on my liquid diet those couple of days..I tell you if you drink after you it..I know my food comes right back up.But not like throwing up its stuck right there,which i want to get it out..know what i mean..But I am doing really well and I usually drink protien shakes and soft food from time to time..Well good luck with your LB..Let me know how your doing and if you decide to get it..You will be happy you did..

Hi Miss, Congrats on you LB. I know you will have great success with it.. I got banded feb/09, I am so glad I did..I got my 3rd fill and I had to pass on the 4th, Since I was doing really well with the 3rd, I may go in the end of Aug to get my 4th fill..I will let ya know..But thanks so much for the compliment..You will see results before you know it

How you been doing girl..I havent been on here that much lately..As you can see I posted an album to show my progress..I am doing really well ..I was suppose to have a 4th fill but i passed on it..Cause I wsnt harldy able to eat with the 3rd one..So when they called and asked me I said I'll pass..But maybe the end of Aug I may be ready for the 4th one..Well hope you are doing well...Let me know how you eating habits are going..Chat with ya soon

I'm down from 217 to 179...I think my 3rd fill is the best..I cant hardly eat anything...So I am doing really well with my 3rd fill...Sounds like you are doing great...I want to lose 70 pounds too..What are you eating..How is your diet with foods...? Congrats get back with me..

That is great Cathy you have lost 55 pounds..I am soo proud of you..I hopefully will get there too..Its a slow process for me, but I just got my 3rd fill today, and I can def tell, only can eat a cupful of food right now..which i really like.. hehe...But keep me posted on your WLS, thks Sommer

Hey Shelly, I got my 3rd fill yesterday, I am only able to eat like a cupful of food now,which i like very much I weigh 189 today..I am slowly gettin there, I was at a stand still..But I know its gonna get better with each fill and the way I eat..I am so proud of you, girl you are down to 181..That is amzing...how is your eatin habits going..? I know if I eat bread, it gets stuck, so umm no bread for me.. LOL...Oh yea, when i got my fill yesterday, it hurt alot. The Dr said cause I got the feelin comin back where here put my port in, he said like the first 1 or 2 fills there is scar tissue, so you dont feel the needle go n as much even though he numbs me first..But this time..I felt all of it...ouch!!, Did you have that prob yet?? Let me know how you are doing?? You look good in your pic btw..Your doing great...Hugs

Since my surgery, I have been doing alot of protein shakes as a snack..I had my first fill on march 18th, really didnt notice any restiction..But they say its usually the 3 or 4th when u can feel the restriction..So I am lookin forward to that..I usually cant eat much in the mornin, am tighter then..So i drink coffee or some grits..Then later on I drink protein shake, then supper which is mostly chicken or fish..I have been able to eat mostly anything, so I am due again for another fill here soon,hopefully in the next 2 weeks..My first fill was only 2cc, So the next one I cant wait...But I now I've lost 29 pounds...Oh I ride my bike every other day...But its a gradual process and your will get there ... But congrats on your band and good luck....

Hey ShelleyB, Am so glad they didnt have to go in a repair that...LOL..I bet u are a nascar fan with all that racing going on to the bathroom..haha..Glad you are doing better and the weight loss is going great..I will be glad when i get another fill, it seems sometimes with this 2cc fill I dont have muh restriction, but I get one in another 3 weeks..lets see how that goes..Hope you are doing well..Talk with ya soon...

Oh yea hope you are feelin better..if you are like me I cant sit still either..But take it easy on yourself sweetie..I would freak out knowin i tore a stitch..Did they have to repair it? Hope your doing ok..Let me know?? Hugss

Hows it going? I went march18th got my first fill 2cc..At first I couldnt tell anything, then I begin to fill fuller like after my 3day..So I think I was swelled still some I mean I was on my monthly when I got my fill after my cycle was over I def noticed tht my band was working..I felt full after four or five bites..Now it seems i can eat only 2 meals aday..I am still doing my protein shakes also..So am losin slowly..I lost 23 so far now..Hope you are doing well and let me know if u have got a fill yet..Your lookin great..Chat with ya soon girlie.... You gotta tell me how to upload pics to make an albums..I still cant figure that out..lol..Hugss

Hey Shanyab, Congrts on your band..I got banded feb26th09..I really am glad I did..I am pretty muh still on protein drinks and now, I get full faster..I had 2cc put in on the 18th of march..So Its really workin..I have lost 23 pounds went from 18sz to 14 now..I am so happy..I go in 3 weeks for another fill..I am so happy for you its gonna be a great losin all the weight...I am proud of you..Good luck and lets stay in touch ...oh yeah bikini here we come..woohooo
