WWOOOHOOOO!! I FINALLY got insurance approval and a surgery date!!! I cant believe it!!! After 9 months of wondering and waiting, its really going to happen!!!! My surgery is on Dec 3 and I am on "Cloud 9". I cant seem to stop thinking about how good Im going to be looking. :cool::biggrin::tongue2::biggrin:

Hello everyone. I am new to this blog and very excitied to finally get some answers...Hopefully I will be banded with in the next 30 days, still waiting on insurance approval:frown:. I have been diagnosed with PCOS for about 6 years now and have been trying to get pregnant for 5 years, without any luck. I have been through Clomid-3 months worth, and Metformin-currently 1500mg per day, and nothing seems to work. I am hoping that the weight loss from the LAP BAND will help me to reach my dream of becoming a mom one day. Is there anyone out there with the same story that has had some good outcomes????
