Hello everyone, well I am on another journey, I am going from the Lap band to the Sleeve. I had the lap band over 5 years ago, i lost 18 pounds post op and maybe 15 afterward. I puked so much and had so many adjustments that I just got sick of trying it and also sick of puking all the time, and I know all my family and co workers got tired of hearing me do it. So two years ago i just had the fluid taken out and now I am going for the sleeve. I have heard and read and seen so much success from the sleeve that I just know its going to work for me this go round. I am 56 and I am not ready to give up, I have grandkids I want to play with. I am starting out at 231 and have sleep apnea really bad. I am hoping this helps so I can sleep without looking like something from halloween on my face. I am excited and I am going to depend on this support to help me when the tough gets going. I know its not going to be easy but I am ready for this new journey in my life.
