I posted this morning on your blog. Yeah! Can't believe how time is flying and your time is almost here. Yep, to be honest I have been eating a little bit of crap. Not sure why? My thoughts go like this, "Well, I lost a pound and I am doing great so just a little won't hurt." Got to break that pattern. So I can't wait for the band to remind me I physically can't eat crap.
