Don't worry, the sutures are going to melt by themselves. I hope everything is fine with you. Remember, you will have to work to lose the excess pounds. The lapband is a great help but you have to be careful what you eat, how much you and priority: exercice. You will also have plateau even if you do everything right but it's all worth it.

Et oui, je parle fran?ais. Dr. Savoie va te poser des questions pour savoir si tu es vraiment pr?te pour cette op?ration. Habituellement, il n'y a pas de probl?me. Tu peux compter 1 mois ? partir du moment o? tu vois Dr. Savoie et ta chirurgie. Tu sais probablement que 2 semaines avant ta chirurgie, tu seras sur le Boost diab?tique seulement et sur l'eau. Je peux juste t'encourager et te dire que si cela ?tait ? recommencer, je le ferais encore et encore. C'est l'une des plus belle chose qui m'est arriv?e. Laisse-moi savoir comment cela a ?t? et si tu as d'autres questions, ne te g?nes pas surtout.

I hope everything is fine with you. I was banded June 3rd, 2009. I lost 30 pounds so far and I have way more to lose.

If you don't mind me asking about your plastic surgery. Some people say that a surgery on the arms is not always a good idea. I pretty sure after losing the weight I will have to decide about a surgery on my arms. Are you happy with the results of your surgery? does the scars show much? Did it hurt much? Hi Nancy,

I don't know exactly the date I went to see Dr. Savoie the first time. I think it was at the beginning of October. I know a guy who got his second appointment with Dr. Savoie last week and he's expecting to have his surgery in July. I don't know when he went the first time. I'm sure your appointment is going to be really soon. Are you waiting for a lap band surgery or antoher procedure? If it's the LBS, it's going to be soon. I'm going to start SlimFast next Tuesday. They are recommending Boost but since I had already buy some SlimFast, I'm going to use that. I don't know how it's going to be on SlimFast 3 times a day (250ml) each meal and water for 2 weeks. Be motivated, it's coming pretty soon. Let me know when you'll have yours.
