  1. Good thing there's not a stupidity competition. Sounds like the complainer would win that one hands down.
  2. It depends on the person. I'm 5'7". A hundred extra pounds on me isn't the same as 100 extra pounds on somebody 5' tall. Roughly, if somebody 5' tall had to lose 100 pounds, somebody my height would have to lose about 123 pounds to equal the same amount for my height. And that's before you take into account body mass and other factors that might make one have to lose more to look proper for their body style. For instance, I'm short-waisted and might need to lose a bit more than I am thinking right now to look the way I want. Granted, that may not be a factor because I may not have much of a choice once I get to a healthier weight, but this is just to give an example. This is why I've never gotten involved in the thread about whether certain people of a certain weight should be allowed to get the band. It's really nobody else's business.
  3. Hey, I'm already a bitch and have nothing to lose. I would GLADLY beat the crap out of them for my peeps here.
  4. That's a really shitty thing to do. I don't understand anybody's reasoning for that. I will admit, there are those who "only" need to lose 70 pounds, and I wish it was me. I have to lose more than twice that. But that is their journey, and this is mine. To me, to PM somebody like that is cowardly and chickenshit. It's really pathetic that anybody would do that and make people feel like they don't want to be here.
  5. Apparently I've not kept up on everything. I wasn't aware that Taps left or that people are having issues with stalker posters here. It may have been during the time I was dealing with my dad and in a fog.
  6. Which makes me think -- DID Tap leave?
  7. If I've been a party to that, I apologize, even though I know you would address me. I'm not always very good at the tough love aspect when I DO offer honest advice, and I know that about myself. As for the posting points, I'm guessing it has to do with the whole contest thing? I forgot that was going on. If that's somebody's intent, at the expense of others, I agree that is wrong. Personally I'd rather make fun of myself and plain, and maybe Monkey and KC. Some of the stuff we read IS kinda funny, but overall I realize people have legitimate issues and concerns. And again, if I have been a party to ANY angst on your part, I apologize. I'll try not to contribute to the making fun of people's issues. I'm sorry if I've done that.
  8. Have I done something?
  9. Okay, cuz I admit I'm kinda lost where the comment is concerned. I'm a bit slow.
  10. We're just having fun and letting off steam.
  11. Yet you're lonely. Hmmm, two plus two...
  12. Often, no doubt. Nobody likes you.
  13. *sigh* NO... I had the dog and a jar of creamy peanut butter. SO??
  14. Yeah, somehow I have that affect on people.
  15. Well, heading to bed. I did wash today so I have to replace the rubber sheets. Good thoughts for me that I don't wet the bed tonight. Just ONCE I'd like to NOT have to wash the dog for smelling like pee.
  16. No, dear, we pick on you because you're slow. There there...
  17. Okay, the damage is done on the Brazilian thread.
  18. Ladies, I beg of you -- do NOT do this procedure! I went in for a bit of a "shape up," and the procedure was so harsh it did this to my va-jay-jay: Okay, I know that it's kinda strange to worry about a bit of hair "down there" when I obviously have a hormone issue, but seriously, LOOK WHAT IT DID TO ME! Don't let my story become yours.
  19. Hehehe, just to stir crap up, right?
  20. My cousin actually worked on a film with him. Vincent, not plain.
  21. Damn you're good!
  22. Rumor has it you're shooting air.
  23. Yes. I think you should.
  24. Is that code for something? Is it about me? HUH? IS IT?
  25. That's enough, isn't it?
