  1. First and foremost, nobody has to work out 2-3 hours a day! Many work out maybe an hour a day every other day. I am committing myself to 45 minutes to 1 hour about four days a week. I'm sure you can find that amount of time. Even some 30-minute walks would be better than NOTHING. Secondly, I would bet you would find you have energy AND can sleep if you exercised. It releases endorphins which help with those things. I know it sounds crazy to say you have to exert energy to have energy, but it's true. I also have to wonder what you're eating. You're right, the band SHOULD help (even if you aren't exercising), but because you don't put much into your part of the deal, I can only wonder how you eat.
  2. Oh wow, I think that would piss me off more. :bored:
  3. Wait, I don't get that! So what if the child is no longer a minor! He still owes the money, doesn't he??
  4. CC, never EVER be ashamed of what others do TO you. That is HIS issue, HIS flaw. HE is the loser, and you hav enothing to be ashamed of for trying to keep your family together and your kids with their father. The best thing he ever did for you was to leave. I don't know HIM, but I know YOU and Mr. CC, and your ex couldn't hold a candle to your DH. And YOU... omg, YOU are just a fantastic person, a great mom, a wonderful friend, and YOU SURVIVED. What happened then molded who you are now. I call my ex my silver lining. I became a stronger person, as did you, and moved on with my life to meet a much better man and live a blessed life -- again, as did you. If anything, you ought to respond to his shitty e-mail by saying that you really REALLY need to thank him. Yes, you heard me right. You need to thank him for freeing you to meet a wonderful man who loves you unconditionally, who is mature, who cares for your kids, who has a great smile and personality, and who would never do anything to hurt you. Thank him for leaving you so that you could experience REAL love, a REAL man, and live a blessed life. And if you want to put in a little extra dig, thank him for leaving because now you can do real math. Now you see what seven inches REALLY is, not what he tried to convince you seven inches was. :bored:
  5. Wow... I hope his weiner falls off. :bored: And thanks! But really, I hope his weiner falls off.
  6. Them being down isn't such a problem. It's when you end up getting 100 in your inbox that it gets crazy! :bored:
  7. Yes, ma'am, it sure does. :cursing: Especially since I've been doing a few stupid things and bobbling the same couple pounds for over a week now...
  8. Unfortunately I think you listed what you're doing wrong. I would modify what you eat OR increase exercise OR both.
  9. Heck, I thought she was talking about herself. :cursing:
  10. And what's nicer is that these clothes weren't all that old when I quit being able to wear them. I had lost before but had regained, so they were only a few months old.
  11. LJM: So, are you gonna text us during delivery, give us a blow-by-blow? How about pictures? Gonna post pics of the birth? Seriously, though, I'm SO excited for you!! Just a few short hours now! Okay, major NSV (well, for me at least) -- two months post-op and I am wearing the next size smaller dress pants -- and they aren't even TIGHT. Not loose either -- fit just fine! WOOT!!
  12. Not just his comments, but his ACTIONS at home, too!! Omg, FRIED CHICKEN?? This kid wasn't for real. And frankly, his weight loss versus Dan's since the show says that as well.
  13. Ditto! Now, be a sport and share those meds.
  14. Sorry, I meant 19. I knew she was already 18. Hehe, tell him to pay you in full at the wedding. Cash only.
  15. Becaus I work in the system, let me give you a heads up. He canNOT prorate the child support. Also, does your order exclusively terminate when she turns 18, or does it include further payments if she goes to school? Granted, I know she's not going full time, but just wondered. The other thing is, if you file a rule to show cause on him for non-payment, it can screw him up since he is military. I would tell him to put on his big girl panties and pay the additional three weeks.
  16. Wait -- prorate it WHY? If you have an order, he can't change it. Also, if you have an order, if you haven't already, get it registered HERE. Then anything he wants to do with it he has to come here. PM or call me if you prefer, though remember TBL is on tonight! YAY!
  17. Orders shmorders! :cursing:
  18. Okay, okay, uncle! I give! :cursing:
  19. Yeah, I saw the header on Drudge Report yesterday but didn't dare read it for fear I would explode.
  20. Hey, it's a slow snow day. Whaddya want from us?
  21. Y'all are such wussies. I was able to eat a double-double cheeseburger.
  22. Certainly very misguided. I know God is not amused by her antics. He told me so.
  23. I know I was told about it when I met with Sue. I made the one in December, which was right after my surgery, but I missed the one in January because I had to work late that night. It's the first Monday of each month at 6pm at the hospital. I thought it was nice. I would probably enjoy it a lot once I can go for a long time and see the results on people. I LOVE to see that!!
