The problem is, you STILL have to do your part. You HAVE to exercise and you HAVE to "diet" -- watch what you eat and the amount, if you want faster results. Never forget it's a tool, not a magic bullet. Eat small amounts and let it satiate you until your next meal, and get moving.

I know I'm STILL having this problem. Last time I went in for a fill (about a week-and-a-half ago), his questionnaire asked if I had PBed, and I said yes, but I considered it operator error. He liked that, lol. Though I eat slowER, I am probably still eating too fast, especially for my new restriction, and not chewing as thoroughly as I could be. However, I realize there will be certain foods (like reheated pork for sure) that I won't be able to have because I HAVE cut that into tiny pieces and chewed to a pulp and it still gets stuck.

Y'all will do just fine. It was the easiest, simplest thing I have ever gone through other than my gall bladder surgery. I'm not saying it's a nothing surgery, ALL surgery has its risks, but it is SO non-invasive... it took longer to get my teeth re-filled. :smile:

Wow, I'm glad this post was raised back to the top again. I hadn't seen it before. I too worry about my marriage. In the past, when I have lost a lot of weight (50 and 70 pounds previously), I started getting attention from people (including men) and it eventually freaked me out and I re-gained the weight. I don't know if I was afraid I would be tempted to cheat (I've never been a cheater) or what because I have rarely felt desired by DH, even when thinner. He is like a sexual camel -- he could go weeks and probably never think about it. However, I am at my peak and think about it often. This has been a HUGE fight between us for years, and now I pretty much give up. Just the other night I got home from school, grabbed his hand without saying a word, and took him upstairs. I was being very attentitive to him and being the nasty little wifey, and he couldn't even perform. I wanted to bawl. :smile:

Restless, I am getting close to this point as well. Pork, forget about it. And for sure chicken breast has been giving me a fit. Actually vomited on the last chicken breast I had, which was last week. So what is left, fish? :smile:

I only just noticed her scar at this last weigh in. I had my gall bladder taken out too, but my scars were all very small, and nowhere where hers is. One was in my navel, and the other two were much lower than hers. However, I would have thought that if she had had that done, they would have mentioned it.

The issue isn't the scratching -- it's the bacteria that collects under fake nails and long nails. Apparently she was told that because in one of her visits to the hospital, she was there sans nails. Now she has them again. And especially when you are dealing with preemies, that bacteria can become very dangerous. It would be a shame if her vanity killed one of her children. Especially since the taxpayers are paying for the children -- AND her vanity. :tongue_smilie:

Yeah, I've had times I've gotten completely absorbed for a couple days (pre-band), but now I play an hour here or there when I have time. Between working full time, school part time, and exercise, there isn't a lot of time anymore.
