I do. We only see the work-outs that they have these people do, but what about eating? What is made for them (or do they cook for themselves), and are they just put through rigorous workouts or are they paired with nutritionists or psychologists or anybody who helps them with issues about how to eat well or WHY they ate to excess? Exercise is great and necessary,b ut I personally believe it is only part of the equation. What are they TAUGHT? Thanks!!

Hehe, yeah but if your regular sex is as interesting as it seems, your make-up sex must rock the house. Ooooh, I must not have snapped to that! They're coming back?? YAY!!

Diva, you did fantastic! You feel good, don't you? As for the apple, hey, I'd rather see you not eat it if you're not hungry than eat it. And of course you don't have to discriminate against other great fruits and/or veggies. Another thing I LOVE to have is soy Beans (edamame, if you like the Japanese word). You can boil them up ahead of time (already shelled or still in the shell, if you wish) and then keep them in the fridge for a quick snack. They're high in Fiber and good for you too. I guess when I said "an apple," I meant any good live food that has a lot of fiber and maybe even some sweetness that may help curb the sweet tooth when it rears up. But yes, this entry looks very good. And I too like the Myoplex carb control. That is my breakfast every day. -

Nope, only disliked (can't stane) one. And yes, I LOVE the work and am very good at it. I plan to stay in the field but just do it elsewhere, if something opens up. -
Apparently, so does she. :smile2:

Yes. :smile2: I guess you can say I'm relieved. I had been so miserable there the last couple of months I could hardly get up in the morning to drag my old, tired ass through the front doors. There is a dynamic there which is toxic and unhealthy, and everybody I've talked to this evening said how GOOD I sound for the first time in over a month. -

I wish mine was JUST PMS. My issue is with the bitch boss at work. Two of us got written up today over absolutely nothing but pettiness and stupidity. We can't talk, can't PM, can't do anything anymore since the new neurotic boss took over. You ought to see how miserable this place is now. :cursing: -

Perhaps we can harmonize our whines. I HAVE FB, but I don't "do" FB. -

Hehe, actually I was pulling Plain's leg. Yes, his LEG. L-E-G. Plain, be good. :cursing: If I had my druthers and could get away with it, I would never be in bed before 3am. I am very much the night owl. -
Help...my husband doesn't understand.

Glad you liked that, Kimmy. So did the office staff. :cursing: I am about to add chicken and steak to my list. I had a lightly re-heated piece of steak for lunch today, and by bite three I was getting totally stuck. Went into the bathroom and PBed... again. Then again, I was pretty upset at work today, so I totally consider it yet another operator error. I wasn't paying attention, so I likely ate like I always did -- just with smaller bites. -

Nope, not old-fashioned. I have no problem with somebody playing the field so long as they're not committed to somebody. Otherwise it's just playing games and being dishonest. BF sounds like a piece of crap, but it doesn't mean that anybody should drop to his level by using him. -

Well, you certainly know what you need to do. The hard thing for us can be in putting those things into action. I think if you can keep a positive attitude about what you're doing and why, and maybe only tackle one thing at a time as far as the changes you want to implement, rather than everything cold turkey, you might not feel so overwhelmed or whatever it is you're feeling. Maybe try to eat an apple for a snack each day for a month, then modify something else for a month, and so on. When I see my scale not moving or realize that I had a bad day (like today -- didn't eat BAD, just could have eaten LESS), rather than beating myself up like I used to do to the point where I would fall off the wagon so bad that it would catch me up in its wheels and I would revert completely back to where I was, I remind myself that this is a journey, not a race. So long as I do the right things, the right outcome will come. You know we're here for you. I'm proud of you and what you're doing. After all the people I've met on here who want to be petted and pampered for eating a triple bacon cheeseburger three days after surgery, you are a welcome relief. :huh2: -

Okay, only one more post for right now but one more thing I noticed (except that there was no posting from you the last few days on what/how you did) -- you don't seem to have a lot of fruits and veggies. Fiber can help you feel full longer, and including some fruit can help with the sweet cravings that crop up from time to time. Do you like "live foods"? If so, maybe make a small apple or some grapes a snack instead of the choices you haven't been so happy with. Just a thought...
