I just returned from my appt in wpg. I started out at 301 lbs and yesterday I was 236lbs. I didn't get a fill this time I have enough restriction. I go to the pool 5 times a week and do aqua fit MWF and then do laps everyday all week. Keep in touch and let me know how you are doing!
