Congratulations on your success! I'm thankful to say that mine went great as well. I lost 13 pounds on my preop, and my liver was so small and pretty the surgeon took a picture to show me! I came home on Tuesday and am walking around the house today. My belly does definitely hurt, but it's all good. How are you feeling? Any issues?

Hi there Nancy, thanks for writing me. Sorry I didn't notice your message right away. I'm enjoying my last day of full liquids, tomorrow is just clear liquids. It's hard to keep the "hunger monster" at bay, but Monday is the surgery, YAY! I think you're making a good decision to do liquids your last week, I'm losing about a pound a day. But I am hungry - you probably are too with such a restricted diet. Thanks for your prayers, I appreciate that. Best of luck to you too.

Hi there Alabubba, and congratulations on having a surgery date! I see it happens to be the same date as mine, March 9th. I read your previous posts and it seems like you have some co-morbidities, as I do. My bmi is 40.6, but I have diabetes, heart trouble, athritis, etc., etc. I'm feeling half thrilled and half scared to death. How about you?
