Yes, it is... and it was a surprise to me too! My goal was to get to size 10, but somehow I skipped the tens and went right to an 8 from 12 (mostly because I am always a little chicken to try on a new size until the old size gets baggy!) I started at size 20 and today reached my original goal weight of 155. For me at 5'8", that is a size 8
My revised goal weight is 145 and I am now also working on toning things up with yoga and walking!
