  1. Sooo there is this thing which is heaven this egg life wrap is sooo good! I use this has my tortilla as since surgery I no longer do the breads, the pastas, the starchy goodness. Soooo this and lettuce is all I have as a replacement ...... but thissssssss wow I'm okay not having a tortilla!
  2. You don't even have to tell me I could imagine!
  3. @BlondePatriotInCDA I wish surgeries of all types were more affordable even bariatric surgery some people can't afford those surgeries or insurance will not approve it. It's such a life changing surgery that more people need. As far as plastics, yes it needs to be way more affordable. Hey, you might wanna look into foreign travel! Colombia ?? top plastics doctors do great work! Everyone deserves to get their nips and tucks.
  4. Win: Surgery for my breast augmentation finally scheduled for JUNE ..I'm going to Colombia ladies! The U.S. is out of their mind not paying 15k , and looking at the itemized bill the surgery itself is only 5k the rest is facility fees hell no. I'll let ya know how it all goes after done.
  5. In other groups I'm in @AmberFL they rave about them! One chic said she had to refrain from buying them she was finding herself eating more than one a day. Another one said they TAsted like cardboard or chalky to her. You like them?
  6. Congrats on your weight loss! Major WIN love it! I'm only 11 months postop and I went from my heaviest 313 to now my smallest I believe 179. (I don't own a scale ?) I'm really metabolically well, no longer on any diabetes medications, which is a major win. I do not want to get bogged down with reaching the lowest weight. I'm in various bariatric groups and I noticed a reoccurring event, People are consumed with the lowest weight and they're also overconsumed with stalls in which stalls happen. In fact I believe I'm in a stall now. Get as low as you like just try not to become over consumed with that number lean into being metabolically well. From my analysis on various groups that number plays with a lot of people's mental health and some people seem to never be satisfied with their current loss. We can't live like that!
  7. @AmberFL that period hunger is a different beast! I allow myself to indulge as well. Everything in life Ebs and Flows. Some weeks I don't even want to eat, some weeks I'm ravenous. Obesity life long disease we have to manage ????
  8. I am so glad I'm not the only one who eats sweets every day. I told myself that I was not going to restrict myself from eating sweets, knowing that I like sweets, I didn't wanna set myself up for failure so I include them just as I do protein and healthy food that I have to eat. OMG I'm going to try your peanut butter balls. ??! Simplest form for my cups would be to find your favorite chocolate (no sugar added or high coca content), add coconut oil to it for the fats. Microwave it. I work out a lot I'm not afraid of fats. Buy your cup molds, then really have fun with it put whatever you want in it. I try something new every week. Pop in freezer 30 mins. I don't give measurements cause you'll have to tweak it to your dietary thingy things. ?, @AmberFL
  9. @FifiLux awesome! I am going to try those brownies! Lindt makes some very goood chocolate. I'm a chocolate connoisseur ?. I like how you figured out what works for you and what you like and the way that you limit your intake awesome.
  10. Hey, I understand everybody knows their limits! Also miss the cookies right along with you! I spent a lot of time tweaking recipes to be bariatric friendly. These cashew buttercup like I can eat 2 to 4 of these a day and be fine and I cook big big batches and I don't go back for more so that's some real self restraint to be honest. Let me see I think the calorie content is. I think they are about 100 cal per cashew butter cup. People can adjust them to be lower switching out ingredients.
  11. These are no sugar added chocolate cashew butter cups. I have included pecans. I eat two to four of these per day!
  12. I LOVE and I MEAN LOVE SWEETS! I'm looking forward to people sharing low sugar or no sugar added sweet treats (Recipes and Favs). I have been eating sweets ever since my surgery. I have never stopped eating sweets. I'm a great cook so I make all the sweets myself! From my own protein bars to even Yes my own chocolate. I never stopped eating sweets and I still continue to lose weight, I just make a lot of dupes and it's very satisfying ... I'm 11 months postop. Let's get to sharing those tasty treats.
  13. Yes, and it's annoying as hell like I do not even sometimes want to eat after all the gurgling. I just wanna throw whatever I'm eating against the wall. My gurgling starts as soon as food hits the stomach. It doesn't happen at the end. It's like right when I start eating. ??
  14. @Chatterboxdea looks awesome! Glad you enjoyed!
  15. Conquering the Beast: I am here to report a win. I have conquered the beast and that is the TREADMILL. I used to have the utmost disdain for the treadmill. I never wanted to be on it and I always exercised outside on the walking/running trail. So I mentally meditated and conditioning my mind to imagine my favorite walking trail, which has hills, my favorite trees, and I follow the same trail on the treadmill. I meditated on all the trees that I meet, all my markers and I have been able to successfully enjoy the treadmill! major win. So this means that I have no excuses to not move. I can no longer say oh it's cold outside so I can't go on my favorite walking trail so I won't exercise movement is me, and I am movement.
  16. Win: Tried something new ....Welp I did the Pilates ummmm it's not really my cup of tea! I have to have more intensity. Although it's a full body workout, if I'm going to pay $300 to $400 a month on a Pilates package I need a little bit more! GIVE ME MORE.
  17. @NeonRaven8919 I'm proud of you and you have some awesome wins!
  18. Weird as it may sound but I can SEE and feel my collarbone ???. I can also feel my hip/pelvis pelvis bone! I'm seeing and feeling bones I never felt! ??
  19. From various bariatric groups that I'm in, I hear that the people who regained weight who luckily regained control of their situation, They stated that they shifted their mindset and went back to things that Worked from the beginning. some said they quit night time snacking. Some went back to tracking their food, some stopped over eating, some stopped eating out and went back to cooking their own food and meal prepping, so it looked like they were just getting back to the basics that helped them lose the weight at first. Movement was a big aspect as well. They started back walking Or running.
  20. @FifiLux Love it proud of you too! So we have the zodiac signs Aries in the house @BlondePatriotInCDA..I'm a Leo love the Aries and Tauruses. Love these WINS!
  21. @BlondePatriotInCDA Damn!! You go Girl I'm so happy and proud of you! HOT!
  22. This month I'm finding new ways to win: I have scheduled Pilates class using a reformer and hot yoga. Has anyone did a Pilates class with a reformer how did it feel? What muscles does it target over time?
  23. OK, good to know. Yes, I'm liking the internal bra technique. It's making people's breast look very perky and a lot of women don't even need bras with the internal bra. No unfortunately these babies need to be lifted with a breast augmentation so a double whammy for me.
  24. Well, I went for my consultation on January 2 and I'm shooting for surgery in May. We shall see I will keep you posted. I forgot how long is it until you can work out again? I don't know how I'm going to do that not working out working out has become a part of me. I love doing it is good for my mental health.
  25. @AmberFL awww that is so beautiful I'm sure he had a good birthday! Spicy! Well good to hear I'm glad they are healing and you like them!
