Loving my new job.....it is SO MUCH nicer and more relaxed!! And I work less hours and get paid the same! WONDERFUL!! Keep going Telly....you are so close to the "prize"!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! You look great already!!! I am back to exercising..got in a slump with the evening FL rains as an excuse then house hunting! Been a wild ride!! We are back in contract and we shall see if this one goes through....think it will and can't imagine why it wouldn't ....but this is our 5th contract on as many houses!! :confused: But this one seems like it may happen!! I agree with the above!! Very not embarassing!! They even have great big wide chairs and gowns when you do need them! They try to meet your needs before you noticethe need!! They are WONDERFUL!! I did my surgery in March and so glad I did!! God Bless, melody banded 3/20/06 -89lbs :confused:

Telly did you make goal???? I haven't heard.....although I do recall reading you had some recent MAJOR reconstruction!!!! I am ALIVE and WELL!!! Feeling pretty good and pleased with my success.... wishing it would fall off faster of course! I have been in a rut in losing but have not gained!! I think I"ve only been at this "plateau" the last 2 weeks...so not long!! But I sure do like losing each week!! I started a new job and LOVE it....back in pediatrics!! Kay I am like you....can't eat til around supper time ....actually slime and give it back if I eat "too early"....I cannot eat Breakfast....I drink 4oz of Hot prune juice with Fiber in it...then I can usually have a cheesestick... but sometimes not late morning. Then for lunch sometimes I can eat about 1/3 cup of food....sometimes not! Then for supper I can eat nearly a cup... sometimes I can eat a little more...but am forcing myself not too!! It all depends on the size of the band and the amount of the fill....my dr was aggressive....so I was filled pretty good and lost. Hang in there.....it does happen!!!! God Bless, Melody banded 3/20/06 -89lbs

Have you considered counselling to see why you continue to sabotage yourself????? You have taken a huge step in doing this....you DESERVE to be whole and healthy....maybe someone could help you process and figure this out!!?! God Bless, Melody Banded 3/20/06 -88lbs

It doesn't sound like you need a fill. One thing when you have that feeling you must go back to warm/hot liquids....if you pb/slime then you have swelling and when you try to push and eat anyway you just continue and go in a vicious cycle!! It's tough but go back on liquids and soothe your band and see if that helps.... I do eat popcorn....one kernal at a time!! I am super careful! I get things stuck WAY TOO EASY it seems!! GREAT JOB Argon....love reaching goals...in the past I gave up on setting them since I seemed to fail but now...it's getting exciting!!!! I set a 50lb goal by 3mos....made that one. Then I said I'd like to hit 100lbs by the end of the year which would be 9mos.....well I am at 88lbs in 6mos....now I would like to hurry up and reach that 100lb mark and go for about 120lbs by the end of the year!! I have gotten sluggish on the exercise I admit... we are getting a new house this week and hoping that kills my excuses once I am moved in!!!! Keep up the GREAT work March Bandsters!!! 22lbs is GREAT...I had the same loss I believe!?!? Been a while so have forgotten.....I actually prayed that if I lost it that GOd would keep it off!!! HE did!!! I stay the same or lose so far!!! I am praying you do the same!!! The stuck feeling I had I think it was swelling from the band and having a tube down our throat while we were sleeping?!
