Hi all! I had gastric sleeve on November 6th and am just now getting the required liquids in. It has been kind of rough. I didn’t have a pre-op diet so I guess I wasn’t as prepared as I thought I was. Only thing that I wanted to eat was crushed ice but I’ve finally moved to ProteinWater, Protein Shakes and broth. I’m so glad I found this app. I had to go get IV fluids and a steroid today and will repeat Monday at my week check in appointment. Anyway, just saying hi! Good luck to all!
